For a candid account of the exchange year before committing to it, please write to us. We will describe the demanding aspects as readily as the rewarding ones. Deadlines, costs, and the application itself are matters for the district committee.

For questions about the year, or to speak with someone who has completed an exchange, contact us directly. Matters concerning your placement, host family, or wellbeing should also be raised with your district Youth Exchange officer, who is able to act on them.

Concerns regarding student safety

Do not direct these to ROTEX or to a group message. Contact the District 7430 Youth Exchange officers directly. Rotary maintains youth protection procedures specifically so that the reporting route is unambiguous. In an emergency, contact the emergency services first.
